Costs: The customer bears the shipping fee of 27 Saudi Riyals (deducted from the amount in case of return, or paid as an additional fee in case of exchange). Details and work mechanism: 1. Product acceptance criteria: We apologize for not accepting any request after 48 hours, and the item must meet the following conditions: - Be in its original condition completely (clean, not washed or scented). - The "tag" (identification label) must not be cut or removed entirely. - The item must be returned in its original packaging. 2. Cost settlement mechanism: - In case of return: The item is inspected, and upon confirming its condition, the amount is refunded to the customer after deducting the shipping cost (27 Riyals) from the total. - In case of exchange: After inspecting the item and confirming its condition, the new size or model is shipped after the customer pays the additional shipping fee (27 Riyals). 3. Quality inspection: If after inspection it is found that the item does not meet the conditions (has odors, signs of use, or the tag has been removed): we apologize for not accepting it, and the same item will be returned to you, with you bearing the return shipping cost. 4.
